PRIMER:
 Need concentration 3 to 5 M in water, 5 l/rxn
 The optimum ratio for dsDNA is greater than or equal to 40:1
primer/template.

Results delivery:
Results should be available within 2 working days* from the time the sample
arrive. Please verify with Ms Line Dufresne for the summer schedule and
holidays. For faster results, deliver samples before 9:30 from Monday to
Thursday. Samples received after Thursday at 9:30 will be sequenced the
following Monday.
Results will be sent by email or they can be pick-up in your mail box. Here are
the different file formats available:
*.txt, *.scf, *.seq, *.fasta, *.phd.1, *.esd, *.ceq.
