Philomena studied art at Yavapai College in Prescott, Arizona and learned the craft of jewelry fabrications and lost wax casting at Palomar College in San Marcus, California. After moving to Seaside, she opened Exposure Art Gallery, showcasing local, renowned artists for nearly 10 years. Currently, she offers her time equally between event planning, serving as an art advisory and is the resident jewelry artist at Fairweather's. Philomena will be in attendance and will feature her distinctive and diverse designer semi-precious original jewelry pieces. In addition, Fairweather's introduces an emerging artist, Karen Raynor, who earned degree from Bassist College of Design, now named the Art Institute of Portland.
