“LLUIDAS VALE LAND SETTLEMENT”

The National Land Agency/Commissioner of Lands invites sealed
applications for the purchase of properties known as “Land Part of Worthy
Park (Lluidas Vale Land Settlement), St. Catherine”, for residential purposes.
An Information Package may be collected from the Snr. Property
Administrator, during the period Friday, October 5, 2012 - Thursday,
October 25, 2012 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday to
Thursday and between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm on Friday, at the
National Land Agency, Estate Management Division, 20 North Street
Kingston, after the payment of a non-refundable fee of J$500.00, payable in
Manager’s Cheque or cash to the cashier.
Completed application forms must be submitted in a plain, sealed envelope
and labelled “Application to Purchase - Land Part of Worthy Park, St.
Catherine (Lluidas Vale Land Settlement), indicating the lot of interest and
must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Estate Management
Division, National Land Agency, 20 North Street, Kingston, no later than
1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 26, 2012.
Opening of Applications will take place at 1:15 p.m. on Friday, October
26, 2012 in the Conference Room at 20 North Street, Kingston in the
presence of the Agency’s representatives and applicants who choose to
attend.
The COMMISSIONER OF LANDS SHALL NOT BE BOUND TO
ACCEPT ANY PROPOSAL RECEIVED.
