Broadbridge Primary School Thursday 9th October 2014 Note 6 Reminder: Parents & Friends’ Association Meeting A meeting will take place tonight at 8.00pm in the school to establish a Fund Raising Committee and to discuss ideas and suggestions. All parents and friends welcome. Whole School Flu Vaccine All those pupils who returned written permission will receive their flu vaccination on Monday 13th October. The nurses will be here from 9.15am. Parents need not attend. Fire Safety Visit N.I.F.S. will visit the P5 classes on Thursday 16th October to give a talk on the importance of a ‘Fire Escape Plan’ for all homes. Parent / Teacher Meetings The timetables currently available in the assembly hall will be removed tomorrow afternoon. Reminders of your appointment time will be sent home with all the children next week. Evening appointments will be allocated for Wednesday 22nd. Please contact the school if you do not receive confirmation of your allotted time by next Thursday 16th October. N.B. No ECO group on Tuesday afternoon as rooms need prepared for Linguistic Phonics.
