SALE OF PROPERTY –
11 JACKS HILL ROAD, KINGSTON 6
The National Land Agency/Commissioner of Lands invites sealed Offers for the purchase of
property known as 11 Jacks Hill Road, Kingston 6, comprising 2,635.94 sq. metres
(28,373.02sq. ft) for residential purposes. The property accommodates a single family residence
along with an external flat, disposed over a gross floor area of 256 sq. metres (2,755.56 sq. ft). The
property has a development potential of thirty (30) habitable rooms per acre.
An Information Package may be collected from the Senior Property Administrator, during the period
July 2, 2012 – July 16, 2012 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and
between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Friday, at the National Land Agency, Estate
Management Division, 20 North Street, Kingston, after the payment of a non-refundable fee of
J$2,000.00, payable in Manager’s Cheque or cash to the cashier.
Completed Application Forms indicating the amount being offered must be submitted in a plain,
sealed envelope and labelled “Offer for the Purchase of “11 Jack Hill Road, Kingston 6”,
and must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Estate Management Division, National Land
Agency, 20 North Street, Kingston, no later than 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 17, 2012.
Opening of proposals will take place at 11:15 a.m. on July 17, 2012 in the Conference Room at 20
North Street, Kingston in the presence of the Agency’s representatives and applicants who choose to
attend.
The NATIONAL LAND AGENCY/COMMISSIONER OF LANDS SHALL NOT BE BOUND TO
ACCEPT ANY OFFER RECEIVED.
