Industrial Engineer
Candidates should have good leadership and communication skills, be able to work in a team environment and
have the ability to plan utilization of facilities, equipment, materials and personnel to improve efficiency.
Additionally, the following experience is strongly desired:

New model start up experience

Cycle time studies

Auto Cad 2D, Inventor or Catia V5

Extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Must have great presentation skills, including development of computer based graphs and analysis for
reporting to senior management
Qualified candidates for this position should have excellent planning & organizational skills, have a strong
attention to detail, have excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, and be able to
solve any problems that arise in a timely and consistent manner. In addition, candidates must be able to multitask, work independently, and take initiative.
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, new grads welcome
