The current project is aimed at the expansion of the operating enterprise by purchasing and
maintaining new manufacturing equipment which let to broad the assortment, to increase volume
of output and to create additional workplaces. The realization of the project at the territory of the
FEZ «Vitebsk» as its resident with tax and custom preferences lets the project to have more
stable financial situation.

Plastic doors and windows and also other building materials from modern materials (PVC,
aluminum, etc.) become more popular in Russia, Belarus and in other countries of CIS. The
production satisfies international standard, provides thermal protection which lets to reduce costs
for heating for 20-25%; soundproof capabilities let to reduce noise level in several times. At the
same time there is no need to paint them and to restore. The production is durable (life time is
more that 40 years). The stable position over the years at Russian and Belarusian building
materials markets lets the enterprise to expect successful realization of planned extension.

The technological process consists from following stages: manufacturing and welding of PVC junctions,
assembling of double-glazed window and complete products. Realizing this project it is planned to purchase
and maintain additional manufacturing equipment which let to broad the assortment by manufacturing new
products (aluminum and glass fronts and other building materials) and also by changing color spectrum of
products by lamination of PVC shapes. Costs for raw-materials, personnel, taxes and deductions in
accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus forms the basic costs.
