AFSCME Collective Bargaining Agreement 17 Approved. 18 entered into between the City of Jacksonville 19 Federation 20 Employees Bargaining Units 070, 179 and 011, in substantially the 21 same form placed on file with the Legislative Services Division and 22 by this reference incorporated herein, is hereby approved. 23 Collective Bargaining Agreement is for a term commencing October 1, 24 25 26 27 28 2007, and ending September 30, 2010 (2008 Re-Opener). Section 2. Requesting Emergency Passage, Pursuant to Council Rules 4.901 Emergency. Emergency passage of this legislation is requested.
