LEASE AGREEMENT
FOR COLLEGE FACILITIES
Lease of requested facility space is confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement. The lessee agrees to pay
Jefferson Davis Community College (JDCC) the total amount calculated above prior to the scheduled event.
The lessee agrees to abide by the rules for use of the facility and accepts responsibility for any damage to the
equipment and fixtures incurred during the lease period.
Lessee shall hold JDCC and its employees harmless for any injuries, damages, loss of valuables or equipment,
or financial loss experienced by lessee during the term of this lease.
The lessee also agrees that the College name will not be used in any announcement, advertisement, publication,
or report that implies institutional endorsement of any person, product, or event.
