Aluminum Cleaner BMC will handle large quantities of soils, splitting the oil to the surface to improve cleaning capacity. Applications cleaning large quantities of oil may use a separate oil skimmer to remove accumulated oil and promote bath life. If large quanties of oil are encountered air aggitation of the bath is recommended. ALUMINUM CLEANER BMC ANALYTICAL PROCEDURE: 1. Pipette a 50 ml sample into a suitable flask and add several drops of methyl orange indicator. 2. Titrate with 1.0 N hydrochloric acid until the orange color turns to red. 3. Calculation: % Aluminum Cleaner BMC = ml of acid x 1.11 PRECAUTIONS: Wear goggles and protective gloves when handling the product. WASTE DISPOSAL: Aluminum Cleaner BMC contains biodegradable wetting agents. Before dumping, solutions may require pH adjustment to comply with local regulations. Page 2
