The system should be water cooled. Please specify the water flow rate for beam switch, beam dump, optical fiber and collimator. The water supply will be portable water in temperature range 15 – 35 °C. 7. Ambient conditions: 10°C<T<50°C with <80% RH (Max.) 8. The unit should have provision of temperature, water-flow and beam switch position interlock in the switch, connector and collimators to ensure laser allied safety. 9. Acceptance Criteria: 9.1 The item should be tested as per the specified duty conditions and a certificate of conformance should be submitted to RRCAT. The item should be dispatched only after its acceptance by RRCAT. 9.2 The beam safety switch and allied components should comply with the relevant safety standard. Please specify the confirming safety standard in the offer. 9.3 One set of operation and maintenance manual in hard and soft copy format. 10. Installation & commissioning: The supplier or his official representative should install the system at RRCAT and demonstrate the operation of the system as per the specification. Arrangement of all necessary tooling and equipment for the installation & commissioning is in the vendor’s scope. 11. Guarantee/warranty: The system should be guaranteed for the performance at the nominal power for a period of 12 months from the date of installation at the user’s site. 12. Bidder qualification: The offers are only invited from the original equipment manufacturers or their authorized representative. In the latter case, the authorization certificate needs to be furnished along with the offer. 13. Bid evaluation criteria: The offer with all the items in the set will only be considered. The order will be placed for the complete set, not for the individual item in the set. Note: The bidder should submit a point-wise confirmation to the specification in tabular format and any deviation has to be specified clearly in the offer.
