 Prepare, review and approve Non Destructive Examination (NDE) Procedures in order to confirm as
per project specification and relevant International Standard
 Worked as an Advanced NDT Engineer for all NDT & Advanced NDT related activities- auditing
work, procedure preparation, establishment of Advanced NDT division, Review of Procedure as per
latest code requirements.
 Trained students in the theory and application of NDT & ANDT methods and procedures in
accordance with ASME, API, ASTM, ANSI codes. Training included courses such as Level I and II
for RT, UT, MT, PT,VT , ET, PAUT, TOFD, Radiographic Film Interpretation; Ultrasonic Testing of
Weldments accordance with SNT-TC-1A Standards.
 Cross checking the performance of NDT & ANDT personnel at various client sites
 Resolve any Technical or Quality issue arise at client site
 Performing AUT (combination of TOFD & PA) for welds of division II pressure vessels.

 Developed Welded mock up pieces and trained the NDT personnel in Ultrasonic testing of Stainless
Steel welds (Duplex, Super duplex, austenitic stainless steel materials) using special probes.
(Coarse grain probe – longitudinal angle beam probes).
 Managing the team of Inspectors of different discipline worked at different site through the Inspection
coordinators.
 Carrying out the welding inspection before, during and after operation as per approved test plan,
relevant engineering drawing, international standard and project specification
 Conducting of Welder Qualification Test and Procedure Qualification Test Record
 NCR monitoring and controlling in the project for all the disciplines
 Remarkable experience in Welding and inspecting of pipeline.
