 Fabrication, Fit-up & Welding, Progress inspection as per Drawing, Code and
Standards
 Inspection all fit-up, Joint preparation, Welding Consumables, Weld visual Inspection and all NDT Testing as per Quality plan
 Selection and procurement of Welding consumables and consumable control during Different phases
 Inspection of welding plans prior to start the job
 Review of Welding repair procedure
 Incoming Material Inspection and Material Certificates review
 Knowledge in all NDT Methods like RT, UT, MPI, PT
 Preparation of Spool numbers, Joint numbers as per the approved Isometric drawing
 Prepare & Maintain Daily Visual Inspection Reports, Final Inspection Reports/Records
 Coordinate with the NDT crew for review of Radiographic Films.
 Preparation of WPS, PQR, ITP, & WQT Records
 Perform Welder’s Qualification Test
 Blasting & Painting Inspection and make reports
 Witness of PWHT and Hardness Test
 Preparation of As Built Drawing & Final Construction Dossiers
 Familiar in Isometric, Piping and Instrument Diagram
 Preparing Fabrication drawings in AutoCAD
 Co-ordination with Client to Control all QA/QC Documents
