All entries must be on official ASCA entry forms (revised 6-1-13). Obtain the official form here:
http://www.asca.org/formaandrulebooks . Remember a copy of your dog’s registration and a copy of a rabies certificate should be on
hand.
PLEASE USE ONE ENTRY FORM PER DOG. Please use a different form for each different class the dog is entered in for a given
show. No entry shall be accepted from: A dog or handler disqualified from the ASCA Conformation program; A dog or handler
disqualified from all ASCA programs; or a person not in good standing with ASCA. Note the start time for each show.
Pre-entries must be postmarked by August 8, 2015. NO REFUNDS. Make checks payable to BRASC.

**Show ground will be open by 11:00 a.m. on Friday and 7:30am on both Saturday and Sunday
Food is not available on the grounds, but there is a Subway shop and mini-mart a few miles from the show site.
*Watch the BRASC FB page or the web site for info on an organized volunteer meal between shows on Saturday
Show site has paved parking lot, and grassy area for exercising dogs. There is a large paved parking lot for camping trailers. There are
no hook-ups. Space is limited in the building, please stack your crates and give room to other exhibitors.
PLEASE NOTE: The community center is now charging people who plug into power from the building. Bring your auxiliary power
or to plug into the community center power, the charge is $100 for electric for the whole weekend. We do not charge for camping
but power is only available for the fee the community center charges.

DIRECTIONS/LODGING INFORMATION
The Show will be held at the Weyers Cave Community Center in Weyers Cave, Virginia. The Center is on Route 256, just east of 181, off the Weyers Cave Exit #235. The center will be on your left just beyond the traffic light in Weyers Cave. The town of Weyers
Cave is located north of Staunton and south of Harrisonburg, VA, along Interstate 81.
