cost. For Saturday's Symposium, if you are not registered at AsCA'13, you may pay
US$100 (HK775) at Registration desk on the day, but all must send this form on or
before 15 November 2013 as E-mail attachment or FAX. Since number of workshop
participants maybe limited, we will confirm whether your attendance is accepted by
return E-mail.
