Cincinnati, OH 45229 Nina Creech As the Vice President of Operations for People Working Cooperatively (PWC), Nina Creech manages PWC’s Ohio Office of Energy Efficiency’s Electric Partnership Program, Utility Weatherization, Home Repair, and Modifications for Mobility Programs. Among her many accomplishments at PWC is the development and implementation of the agency’s “Whole House” approach to home repair, a philosophy that now defines PWC’s core mission to help residents stay safely in their homes. Nina joined PWC in 1993 as the agency’s Intake/Outtake specialist in the weatherization department. Before her promotion to Vice President of Operations, she served as PWC’s manager of client services, weatherization manager and operations director. Her work has helped provide more than 11,000 critical services annually. Nina graduated with a B.A. in communication studies from the University of North Carolina (Greensboro) in addition to the University of Cincinnati’s Executive Program. She currently serves on the Ohio Weatherization Policy Advisory technical sub-committee and the Ohio and Kentucky Duke Energy Collaborative. She resides in Clifton with her husband, John, and their two daughters, Emma and Silia.
