The Opportunity: Manager, IPF
Infrastructure & Project Finance (IPF):
The Infrastructure and Project Finance Group advise governments and businesses in the infrastructure
sector including transportation, energy and public services.
We are seeking candidates who have the skills necessary to undertake financial analyses of projects,
including their financial viability and financing as well as the ability to write reports and information
memorandums. On behalf of clients in the public sector, you will participate in developing strategies and
procurement processes, in evaluating bids and negotiating agreements. On behalf of clients in the private
sector, you will participate in the strategic and commercial analysis associated with infrastructure projects
and public/private partnerships and in the evaluation of proposed agreements and will provide assistance
in raising capital and negotiating agreements.
The role of Manager is to guide and provide support to the team on projects in all the industries served by
the Infrastructure and Project Finance group. In summary, you will gain experience in financial analysis
and modeling, research as well as writing and preparing information documents
Responsibilities:





Participate in developing and revising financial models.
Carry out studies of financial markets and various industries.
Participate in writing reports and information memorandums.
Assists in the preparation of proposals for certain projects.
Assist in developing business opportunities for the Infrastructure and Project Finance Group.
Requirements:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Manager with cash flow financial modeling experience and a keen
interest in project finance and PPPs to learn and grow with us. The ideal candidate must possess the
following skill set:







Business Degree plus strong investigative, analytical and problem solving skills
A minimum of 5 years business experience
Excellent communication and business writing skills
Solid financial modeling skills which has been applied within a financial services setting is
essential to the position
Experience in the roads, transportation or buildings infrastructure is an asset
The ability and passion to work with tight deadlines
The ability to interact well with people and to work in a collaborative team environment


Bilingualism is an asset
Federal security clearance at secret level will be required for this position.
