This puppy is sold with no known or genetic defects; the general health of this puppy is
guaranteed for 1 year from date of sale. Therefore the puppy must be taken to a current
licensed veterinarian within (72 hours) of purchase or receiving due to shipping.
If the veterinarian of buyers’ choice finds any problems with apparent deformity or sick
puppy; the breeder is to be notified immediately! A certified letter is to be sent to the
breeder by the veterinarian within 24 hours of diagnosis. The breeder reserves the right
to a second opinion to be obtained from a veterinarian of breeders’ choice. If
documentation from the veterinarian is received and a life threatening health disease is
verified, and puppy is returned at buyers’ expense, then a replacement puppy of the same
quality and / or purchase price will be refunded to the buyer; leaving this at breeders
option.
The breeder is NOT responsible for any vet bills or medication s after the sale. We
recommend spaying / neutering and basic obedience classes for your puppy. The
immunization records and health checks are NOT included as part of this agreement; nor
is the crate and / or shipping cost.
A deposit on the puppy is required; which is non-refundable! If the puppy that is
reserved dies for any reason your deposit will be placed on another puppy of same quality
or refunded if none are available.
We do NOT guarantee against accidents, neglect, and / or abuse; nor do we guarantee
compatibility with your current pets.
All puppies sold by RedRoyal Bordeaux will have the breeder’s name of RedRoyal’s as
the first part on their AKC registry.
The breeder has first priority to purchase the puppy back for equal or lesser of the
purchase price, if for any reason the buyer is unable to keep the puppy!
In the event of any litigation in connection with this health guaranteed contract, by
signing this contract, the buyer agrees to be responsible for breeders’ attorney fees.
Venue and jurisdiction for litigation arising out of or related to this contract shall be
exclusively in breeders’ county and state.
