HEALTH GUARANTEE
MAKE SURE YOU READ YOUR CONTRACT FULLY
BEFORE SIGNING, ANY MONEY PUT TOWARDS THE
PURCHASE OF A PUPPY IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received all proper
vaccinations and de-worming.
Buyer has been informed of these and future vaccines needed.
BUYERS RESPONSIBILITIES:
Buyer agrees to take the puppy to their vet within 7 days of ownership, buyer agrees to
send a copy of vet check as soon as check is done, or the contract is void. Puppies that are
transported are at risk of kennel cough which is usually caused by bacteria kennel cough,
it is self-limiting and like the common cold. I do not cover any cold or pneumonia due to
transport. Buyer agrees to provide puppy with all preventive care and follow veterinarian
Guidelines for vaccinations and de-worming and any other healthcare maintenance the
Veterinarian may suggest. It is also important that you fully understand that your puppy is
not fully protected against things such as Parvo until they have completed their entire
course of vaccinations, until such time it is important to keep your puppy away from
other dogs and public places where other dogs may have been. (Many of these viruses are
airborne or can be found in soil where animal droppings may have been present)
Buyer is responsible for transportation flight costs.
HEALTH GUARANTEE.
 All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only (this is not
negotiable). No refund, in part or in full will be given, no veterinary bills will be
paid or contributed to. Pup will be replaced within a reasonable time frame with a
pup of equal or greater value, from a litter of the breeder’s choice.

The breeder guarantees a healthy companion pet, but does not guarantee fitness
for breeding.

There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors,
including but not limited to: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange,
and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. This
health guarantee does not include environmentally caused hip dysplasia or

environmentally caused epilepsy or any other condition caused by environmental
conditions.

This guarantee does not cover what in the bulldog breed we consider normal such
conditions include the likes of: cherry eye, loose hips or skin allergies. By paying
the deposit you have acknowledged that you have read the fact sheets regarding
these conditions.

This guarantee applies to the original buyers and is non-transferable to a second
party.
Any puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect that is not exempt, these
steps must be followed; if these steps are not followed the contact is void:




Puppy must show defect by one year of age, breeder must be notified in writing
with a report from buyer’s veterinarian at the onset of the problem.
Breeder must receive report within 5 days.
Breeder’s veterinarian will interpret the report and if the vet feels this is a genetic
defect, the puppy will be sent back to the breeder and be examined by our vet.
If the vet concurs, then a replacement pup will be given.
