Puppy Health Care Bundle
(2 sets of Vaccines)
$268.60 +HST
If your puppy has already had their first vaccine and is older than 8 weeks of age, this package is for them. Our Puppy
Health Care Bundles are designed to get your puppy off to a healthy start, covering most preventative health care needs
for their first 12 months at a discounted price. Puppy Health Care Bundles include all vaccinations, a stool sample check
for internal parasites (SAF) and Microchip Identification within the year of registration.
Routine Spaying or Neutering your pet is not included with this plan but will be done at a 15% discount within the year
your puppy is registered with our Puppy Health Care Bundle at Ainslie Animal Hospital.
A 10% discount is available for future medical or surgical procedures, including medications, within the year enrolled
in our Puppy Health Care Bundle. This does not include diets, after hours Emergency Veterinary Care or out of office
specialist appointments.

Two physical examinations with administration of two DA2PCP/ Lepto vaccines one month apart and a 3 Year
Rabies vaccine.
Microchip Identification
Stool sample analysis for internal parasites
Total Cost for all services listed above at regular price would be $316.00 +HST.
We are offering these services to you at a discounted price of $268.60 +HST.
This offer must be paid at time of initial visit.
This is a savings of $53.56 as well as discounts on additional services
provided throughout the year of our Health Care Bundles
