Range 1.2 Roles of a letting agent are described with reference to landlord, tenant, and company in accordance with industry practice. roles may include but are not limited to – bond collection, completing and managing rental documentation, listing and advertising property, conducting property inspections and producing reports, showing tenants through a property, managing maintenance, managing complaints.
