We, the undersigned organisation, declare our intention of collaborating with the
DİÖİ-
SGM , Denizli-Tr local administrative authority, as beneficiary institution of the mobility project entitled:
We will support the DIOI in the implementation of the different phases of the mobility management process: recruitment, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, certification, dissemination (see concrete tasks and responsibilities in the attached documents).
We will do our best to arrange the final agreements between them and the companies
(receiving institutions) which work with us on a permanent basis and which have been selected for their capacity to provide quality placements for European students.
We will also do our best to monitor the training periods and validate the abilities and competences acquired by the students, according to the criteria applicable in the sending country and taking into account the EUROPASS-training document requirements. (Decision of the Council of 21 st December of 1998 on European pathways and Europass).
The Europass training document will be provided to the students by the promoting institution.

Our tasks in this mobility project will be:
To arrange accommodation for incoming participants
To send a list of host families / hotels to the promoting institution in good time
To arrange for incoming participants to be met at a point of arrival
To arrange local transport passes where applicable
To do our best to find suitable placements to ensure that the pedagogical objectives of the attendies will be achieved.
We will collaborate with the DİOİ to assure that all the participants placements organised by us answer the requirements of the EUROPASS-training document.
To collaborate in the linguistic and/or cultural preparation if required.
We expect that the promoting institution will:
Provide suitable linguistic and cultural preparation to the participants in order to prepare them for a quality placement.
Send information on the participants (European CV’s model) in English.
Inform us of the travel arrangements made.
Make sure that the participants are covered by insurance and are in possession of the necessary documents.
Give the participants details on the Host College, the country / area and what to expect, as well as on the working conditions and cultural differences to be encountered.
Identify a tutor of the student / group of students who will participate in the preparation and / or evaluation of the placement and collaborate with us and the receiving company tutors.
Pay all the expenses incurred by the participants (travel, accommodation and maintenance
On these basis, we will collaborate arranging a quality work placement programme for
___ students, for a period of 4 weeks, at one of the companies which collaborate with us on a permanent basis, according to the students’ training programme
