This course is accredited to an ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management and aims to
enable participants to consolidate effective managerial strategies whilst increasing personal
awareness and impact; make the transition from managing operational outputs to developing
leadership skills and achieve more strategic goals.
The course will prepare future team leaders in Thoracic Surgery and will allow existing leaders to
refresh and update their managerial skills.

5. Cancellation Policy/Terms and Agreement:
Payment must be received by ESTS by 28 September 2015. If payment is not received in due time, your
participation cannot be guaranteed. 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed up to 14 days before the
course. No refund will be granted after that date. A change in VAT may lead to different prices.
