Miss Carrie Yarian, 68, a life long resident of the Nappanee community, passed away at
her home in Nappanee at 1:15 Friday afternoon. She had been ill for the past two years.
Miss Yarian was born October 9, 1873, in Union Township, the daughter of Jonathan and
Rebecca Markley Yarian. She was a lifelong member of the United Brethren Church. The
only survivors are six nephews and two nieces.
Funeral services were held at 2:30 Sunday afternoon at the United Brethren Church.
