The medical centre/laboratories will be responsible to medically test and issue a medical report for Intending Emigrants/candidates (Selected) for various Foreign Employer. The services are required in different cities including Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Quetta or any other city depending on circumstances. Application are invited from reputed medical centres and laboratories for enlistment on the Panel of Overseas Employment Corporation M/o OPs& HRD, for a period of 1-2 years as per following criteria(s) 1. Diagnostics equipments/ Professional Technical staff availability. The Medical centre/Laboratories be recognized as “Fully Equipped” state of art diagnostics equipments. The centre/ Laboratories must have at least one fulltime Pathologist & one Radiologist, X-Ray technician , labs technician and Lab attendant with advance Technical skills regarding state of art medical transcription(reports). 2. Equipment certifications. The Test equipment certifications should be there that may have local certification or International certification(associative) or have ISO certifications. 3. Labs technician Training & Education. Labboratories technicians should have expert level technical course and may have membership of technician association like BIET(Bio medical imaging technician). 4. ON Line Reporting mechanism. Test report practices of the centre/lab have accreditation/authentication standardization and the medical centre should have Web-based reporting mechanism.. and 5. Testing facilities. All pathological testing facilities ( virology , ELISA, Imaging & radiography, MRI ) should be provided on single lab arrangements. The centre/laboratories should have sitting arrangements for at least 20-25 visiting persons /candidates. 6.. Rights and Privileges of OEC. The medical centre /Laboratories, facility approval should be in pursuant of criteria set forth for registration with OEC. OEC authorities have their exclusive rights to approve or reject any of medical centers/Laboratories, enlistment on any reason they may consider appropriate for this. 7. Category for enlistments. OEC shall enlist different medical centre/Labs in the following test provisions (categories) as per criteria(s) parameters set forth by the OEC in consultation with Employer like (HRD South Korea) GCC, Countries. 1. Medical examinations(Physical examinations) 2. Radiology & imaging services 3. ELISA Testing provisions for infectious diseases like (HIV Aids) 4. Hepatology & Virology testing (Hepatitis Testing) 5. Urinary analysis 6. Hematology 7. Chemistry 8. Syphilis analysis. The categories for enlistment are liable for changes and the medical centre /Laboratories is responsible to adopt the changes accordingly. 8. Compatibility of Rates. However the main factor will be the compatibility of rates of test. A list of rates against each test should be provided to OEC. 9. Registration Fee/Security Deposit. The registration fee (non-refundable) for one year is Rs. 30,000/- to 50,000/- for two years shall be deposited in the form of cross cheque in favour of OEC. Similarly, a security deposit Rs. 400,000/-(Four hundred thousand)may please be furnished to OEC. 10. Fine against false Medical report. If medical centre/laboratories issue a Medical Report which is challenged by the Employer(s) and the medical centre in employer(s) country issue a report which is contrary to the report of medical centre/laboratories(Pakistan), the centre/laboratories will be charged fine equivalent to accrued expenses on the Emigrant and the face-value damage to OEC, besides the security deposit of the registered medical centre/laboratories will also be forfitted. Detailed terms & conditions of the engagement/specimen of the Agreement between OEC & Medical centre/ laboratories(approved) is attached at annexture-“A” OEC’s Prerogatives Changes in criteria set forth by the OEC in consultation with employer(s) requires changes after analysis and review report by the Expert level representations. The considerable factors during reviews would be i). Compatibility of rates. ii) The overall performance of the centre (s)/Laboratories i.e. Diagnostics accreditation iii)Authentications parameters of the medical centre (s)/laboratories. iv) Web-Reporting system of the centre (s) /Laboratories.
