President









To set and preside at all meetings
To attend local conferences
To keep communication lines open between officers
To make appointments to special leadership positions
To establish a means of communicating chapter business to all members
To maintain routine contact with advisors
To oversee all committees
To keep contact ongoing with chair people of each committee
To oversee duties of all chapters
Vice President
 To assist the president and preside in his/her absence
 To attend local conferences
 To maintain order at meetings
 To assist the secretary in keeping CSF records/filing up to date
 To oversee all service and fund- raising projects
 To make routine contact with advisors
 To serve as council representative that will meet with other clubs as needed
 To attend all cabinet meetings
Secretary
 To take minutes at all meetings
 To attend local conferences
 To present attendance sheet at all meetings
 To take care of all letters of graciousness and concern
 To keep filing cabinet organized and up to date.
 To maintain contact with other cabinet members and advisors
 To attend all cabinet meetings
Treasurer
 To receive and deposit all chapter funds
 To attend local conferences
 To make financial reports at chapter meetings
 To maintain contact with other cabinet members and advisors
 To attend all cabinet meetings
Point Recorder
 To record members points every week
 To maintain contact with members regarding totals
 To update member cards for semester membership
 To correspond with the previous point recorder
 To maintain contact with other cabinet members and advisors
 To attend all cabinet meetings
Tutoring Director

 To attend every tutoring session
 To keep every session organized, maintain the proper atmosphere, and to make sure
every student being assisted is fully accommodated
 To supply enough food and drink every week
 To maintain contact with other cabinet members and advisors

Co-Tutoring Director

 To attend half of every tutoring session

Historian
 To maintain a history of the chapter, including an annual report of chapter activities,
awards and publicity
 To collect and file clippings and pictures of chapters activities
 To keep a chapter publicity and activity scrapbook
 To maintain contact with other cabinet members and advisors
Public Relations Officer(s)

 To develop banners and signs to advertise CSF activities
 To gather chapter news
 To prepare new releases and articles for publications in school and local newspapers
 To assist with planning and arranging chapter exhibits on campus
 To maintain contact with other cabinet members and advisors
 To attend all cabinet meetings
Special Projects
(Two positions available)
 To plan and coordinate all club activities, fundraisers, and community service projects
 To create a committee for each club project
 To contact the club advisor and club officers regarding project plans and dates
 To attend all cabinet meetings
Recycling Coordinator

 To contact a recycling company to pick up the recycling
 To coordinate members to collect the recycling
 To inform the staff of the new program
 To maintain contact with other cabinet members and advisors
