Dissolution of the monasteries begins. Anne Boleyn beheaded. Henry
marries Jane Seymour.
1537
Edward born. Jane Seymour dies.
1540
Henry marries and divorces Anne of Cleves and marries Catherine Howard.
1542
Catherine Howard beheaded.

Henry marries Catherine Parr.
