Is it keeping a live cow in the kitchen to be milked whenever a customer orders a coffee? Possibly... Is it having the biscuits shaped like celebrities? Maybe... Is it the shop being shaped like a giant kettle? No.

The best USP for a coffee shop isn’t fresh milk, Simon Cowell digestives, or having to crawl up into the spout for sugar.
