LABORATORY: (Instructor: J. Eng)
(i) Laboratory sessions will be held on Wednesday from 8:00. A lab manual will be supplied
to you via email in the first few days of the semester. A deposit for a laboratory key and
equipment will also be requested.

(ii) Week 1 of the laboratory course is Wednesday 11 of January. Lockers will be assigned
in this week and a laboratory outline will be provided.
Course Evaluation:
2 Midterm examinations (50 minutes duration)* = 2 x 15 %
Final Examination (2 hours duration)** = 30 %
Laboratory = 40 %
* Tentative dates for Midterms are:

(i) Wednesday 8 February.

(ii) Wednesday 15 March.
** The registrar will set the date of the final examination
