Arthroplasty, a specialist Upper Limb Unit, Bone and Soft Tissue Tumours,
Osteoporosis and Metabolic Bone disease, Rheumatology, Paediatric Orthopaedics,

practice includes radiofrequency thermoablation of osteoid osteomata, facet joint
arthrography, discography, peripheral joint arthrography, a range of anaesthetic
blocking procedures and bone and soft tissue biopsies.
Tertiary referrals are received from many local and national sources and these are
studied by all the senior radiologists.
Regular clinical and pathological conferences are held with specialist teams within the
orthopaedic and spinal specialities. This includes the multidisciplinary tumour meeting
attended by radiologists, pathologists and clinicians.
