Picture Day Procedure
LeClerc Photography has been photographing youth sports for 20 years, this is
our first year with Bridgewater Youth Basketball. Below is a few simple
instructions to follow in order to make picture day go as smooth as possible
and get you off to your game on time.
Please print out the attached order form ( full size )
Make sure your printer is set to Fit to Printable Area
Fill out your form prior to picture day and bring it with you to your scheduled
time for pictures Please be sure to write LEGIBLY so your childs name is
spelled correctly . ( Do not forget sales tax. Total x .0625 )
It is VERY important to be on time in order for your child to have his/her
picture taken with the team. We ask that you have your child in the team
picture even if you’re not purchasing pictures so that the players that are
buying pictures have a complete team photo.
Please bring your order form with you and check in at our table
Our staff will check you in, collect your payment, ( cash or check ), and stamp
your order form PAID, she will then give it back to you.
Your child must have this form in their hands when they step up to have their
individual picture taken. One order form per player.
Coaches and players only are allowed in the picture area
Cameras are not allowed ( including cell phone cameras )
