Nilus LeClerc Artisat IV 36 in Jack Loom with four harnesses and six treadles and a whole weaving studio of accessories needed to get you started! The full set includes: LeClerc accessories: warping frame, removable sectional warping beam, warping spool rack, warp tension box, adjustable stretcher, and raddle. Other accessories include 3 dents (5, 10, and 12 per inch), warping lease sticks, extra wire and flat heddles, bobbin winder, and various hooks. There are three shuttles, four sizes of flat stick shuttles, and many bobbins. We started weaving in the early 70’s, and most of the equipment is from then, but don’t let its age fool you! The LeClerc looms and accessories are constructed of rock maple and are well built. All the items are in great shape and work well. We have four books: The classic Mary Black “New Key to Weaving” and Marguerite Davison “A Hand Weavers Pattern Book”. Others include Robert LeClerc’s “Warp and Weave”, Cay Garrett’s “Warping-All by Yourself”, and “Rug Weaving for Everyone”. There is even a 35 year old Nilus LeClerc Catalog that is fun to read, if for nothing else…oh, compare prices form then to now…wow! Lastly, we have many cones of warp and weft thread. We are located in South Freeport, Maine. You will have to pick up at our home, although it is possible, if the distance is reasonable, that we could work out a meeting half way, and if you are in Southern/MidCoast/Western Maine…well, lets talk. Our phone number is (207) 3197719 (ask for Mark), or you can reach us by email at sofreemac@gmail.com. If you would like more pictures, please contact me. We are asking $1,000 for the whole studio.
