Pageant Photography
Personal Release Form
I, _________________________________, hereby grant the pageant
photographer, Studio 131 Photography, irrevocable permission to take
images of me or my child during the 2015 Macon County Pageants.
I give permission to Studio 131 Photography to publish the photographs
to their website (address shown below) to make available for sale. I agree
to contact Studio 131 Photography if I or my parent/guardian would like any
of the photographs removed from the website.
Furthermore, I will hold harmless, Studio 131 Photography and their legal
representatives for any liability by virtue of blurring, distortions or alteration
that may occur in producing the finished product, unless it can be proven
that such blurring, distortion or alteration was done with malicious intent
toward me.
I affirm that I am more than 18 years of age and competent to sign this
contract on my own behalf or if younger than 18 years of age have had a
parent or guardian sign on my behalf. I or my parent or guardian, has read
this release and fully understand its contents.
