CONGREGATION COUNCIL is looking for ways to support the local community with the distribution from the Clyde Hare estate. For those of you who did not know Clyde, he was a member who contributed significantly to St. John over the years and continued his generosity by naming St. John in his will. We’ve already used a portion of his gift for benevolence giving in 2014, but Council would like to select a project or group of projects that would benefit the local Boiling Springs community. Please see Scott McDowell or another council member with any ideas you have. We’re sure there are ways that we can reach out and help others…please help us find them.
