The Patient Group Directive (PDG) which enables accredited Pharmacists to provide
Levonelle free of charge to teenagers, was updated in January 2012.
Please read through the new PGD and answer the questions. A 90% pass rate is
required in order to be reaccredited. Please send your completed answer form by post
