He/She is full of age of 20 and is a competent person according to R.O.C. and his/her home country laws. He/She is of good moral character without any criminal record. He/She submits evidence of sufficient property or skill to support or protect his/her living, and the evidencing document of loss of original nationality, or non-nationality, certified by a R.O.C. embassy or representative and verified by MOFA. He/She submits the document evidencing unavailability of acquiring the certificate of loss of original nationality due to reasons not attributable to him/her, which is checked and verified by a foreign affair authority. 3. Social Welfare .35. band or can not stand any more the torture from her husband during cohabitating with him thus divorced by decree of court The female who can not pay medical charges or court fees for the injuries resulted from family violence, sexual infringement or other offenses. The female who is a single mother and without working ability, or even she has the ability but can not go to work because of serious injury or illness or the need to take care of children. The female whose husband is sentenced more than one-year imprinsonment and is now put in jail. Details of Aids: Emergency subsistence aid: This is to be given in the amount double the monthly minimum living cost per person of the lower-income household in the current year. In principle the aid is given for 3 months each time and limited to one time for one case. Child subsistence allowance: Who has children under 15 is given the allowance equaling to one tenth of the .36. Notes: What can you do when family violence happens? a. Keep calm, don't say any word to excite the counter-party, nor strike him back either, so as to avoid putting oil on fire. b.
