Research
I am very interested in the origin and maintenance of animal personality in the same
population, and also the life history of the wild birds. To date, I am a Ph.D candidate of Avian
Ecology Group in Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. My
dissertation work mainly focus on the animal personality of Chestnut thrush (Turdus
rubrocanus).

Mainly studied in life history and breeding strategy of bird
We found that Giant Babaxes (Babax waddelli) in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau mix brood reduction
and brood survival strategies in 2010. In 2011, I worked on my thesis
named ‘Life history traits of Saxaul Sparrow (Passer ammodendri)’ in Anxi, near Dunhuang,
Gansu.
