Requirements: 3-4 pages double-spaced – size 12 fonts.
The Human Behavior in Organizations (HBO) model can be divided into three main content areas: 1) the
individual; 2) the group; 3) the system. Drawing on theories and content covered in the course, please
reflect on the following questions:
1) What did you learn about yourself as an individual from the course, i.e. personality type,
motivation, values and attitude?
2) How would you go about building a strong team in your workplace?
3) What are some of the opportunities and challenges of working in a virtual group?
4) What organizational model or structure best describes your organization and how does this
impact or affect your behavior at work?
5) What was the most important thing you learned from this course that you will carry forward
