Business Management Case Studies Over the course of the semester, you will be responsible for completing 5 company case studies, located at the back of the textbook, pg. C2-C37, the blue section in the book. For each company, you are to complete the following: 1. Trace their growth- how did they become a leader in their field? 2. Who do they appeal to? What is their market segment? 3. Who are their competitors? 4. How do they market themselves? 5. How do they treat their employees? 6. Which one of the six “must have” managerial skills is apparent in their managers? 7.
