Success Stories & Positive Feedback
2013 - 2014
Thank you so much for encouraging me to seek employment in something I enjoy doing. On
Wednesday, I started a two week trial … I do like my job. Without your help in making a
new resume and giving me the hope that I could actually get a job that I would enjoy, I would
probably still be unemployed. …
You helped me make a great Resume and gave me confidence and I really needed that.

Hi again Steve
Well, it looks like our coaching session worked wonders, as I have been offered the job …
I wanted to thank you for your kind words and encouragement. It really was something I
needed to hear! … you begin to wonder how gifted and capable you really are. … it was
perfectly timed and appreciated.…

---------------I had been employed at the same business for 19 years and was made redundant. I knew I
had a lot of employment skills but didn’t know how to go about applying for a new position.
Barossa Career Service, through Stephen Birch, gave me the help in this area that made me
see that there were a lot of Businesses after my skills. After having several appointments with
Stephen I had a new “polished” resume and the interview coaching and techniques that
ultimately got me a new job. Stephen had a comforting manner that made you feel like you
were going to succeed and this confidence helped you remember information at a real
interview which ultimately got me a new job. Thank you Stephen Birch.

and the team at Barossa Regional Development, all of you are professional and caring and I
know you must help a lot of people. I'm not just saying all this I REALLY mean it!

on the computer that I can use for a variety of purposes. Confidence to write my own resume
