Gymnastics Club – Year 1
The after school gymnastics club for Year 1 will continue next half term. The club
will run from Wednesday 11th June for 6 weeks. Claire Morgan, our very experienced
coach will deliver some more excellent gymnastics coaching, The club will be held on
Wednesday afternoons, after school, from 3.10 to 4.00 pm.
There will be a charge for the club of £2.00 per week per child, which is non
refundable, as payment is made to the coach half termly in advance. This is a
minimal contribution towards the total coaching costs so if the amount of pupils
wishing to take part and contribute falls below a certain amount then the club may
not be able to go ahead. However, this activity has proved to be very popular
recently and it is necessary for the places to be limited to 20. Places will be offered
on a first come first served basis. If the club is over-subscribed, we will attempt to
run it again and the children who were not successful in obtaining a place will be
given priority. Please note that if the coach is unavailable for any reason school staff
will cover the session if at all possible. Payment must be sent with slip below.
Your child should wear sports clothes, such as a jog suit which should be put in a
named carrier bag. Your child can wear their sports clothes home if they wish to.
All children will need to be collected at 4.00 pm promptly when the activity has
finished.
