SHOW HORSE WELLNESS PROGRAM This 3-visit plan is best suited for adult horses that travel and/or show, or that are exposed to horses that travel and/or show (i.e. boarded at large and active stables). It includes an annual physical exam with a nutritional consult, oral exams and a dental float, standard vaccinations plus intra-nasal Strangles, rotational dewormers, a fecal exam, and a Coggins (EIA) test. Exams/Procedures Visit #1: Early Spring (February/March) Physical Exam with Nutritional Consult Vaccinations Labs Influenza Fecal exam Rhinomune Coggins (EIA) Test Dewormer Administer Equimax Oral Exam Potomac Horse Fever #1 Intranasal Strangles Visit #2: Late Spring/Early Summer (May/June/July) Visit #3: Fall (October/Novem ber) Dental Float (including sedation) Potomac Horse Fever #2 Administer Quest Plus EWE/Tetanus West Nile Virus Dispense Equimax (to be given by owner in August) Influenza Administer Panacur Rhinomune Dispense Ivermectin (to be given by owner in December) Rabies Wagner Equine’s Wellness Programs are offered at a 20% discount off of regular pricing of these items/services. ●Horses can be enrolled at any time during the year. The program lasts for one year from the date of commencement. ●Additional procedures (i.e. sheath cleaning, lameness examination, etc…) and vaccinations (i.e. Botulism, Lyme) can be included at an additional cost. Additional procedures may have to be performed at a later date if there are time constraints. ●Farm call charges are not included; however, the farm call will be split if multiple horses are visited at the same stable. ●Payment policy: Client may choose to pay in full at the time of enrollment OR payment can be made at each visit.
