organization across the country. The primary sources of funding for XTL are
from parents, partners, and corporate sponsors, such as yourself. XTL
receives no federal funds. Through our programs teens are provided the
opportunity to explore, grow, learn, and gain leadership tools which the gain
through mentoring, sports, training, and enrichment in math, science, music
youth are developed morally, academically, and athletically. Our teens are
more than students and athletes, they are leaders.
The XTL Sports Club provides students with leadership development,
specialized training in multiple sports, and assistance with college
recruitment, NCAA eligibility, and SAT preparation. We have programs for
fencing, basketball, tennis, and golf. Next year we will offer chess and
baseball.
L.I.F.E.tracks Mentoring Program provides youth with group and one-onone mentoring by professionals, youth advocates, and caring citizens. Youth
have an opportunity to be real and use the program as an outlet to explore,
discuss, reason, and share their life experience and gain insight and
guidance on important life decisions.
Xtreme Leadership provides youth with leadership training that empowers

As part of the Xtreme Leadership program, we offer teens the opportunity to gain
enrichment in Math & Science through our STEM programs and hands-on experience
writing, directing, auditioning, and producing original plays, improvs, and skits through
our Music & Arts program.
As part of the Extreme Teen Leaders organization our youth are a part of a ground
breaking movement to develop extreme teen leaders. An Extreme Teen Leader is a teen of
character that is far above the ordinary setting impossible goals and reaching them...never
giving up, never settling for the status quo. A thoughtful giver, an academic, an athlete, a
risk-taker, fearless and ready to take a stand for what they believe in. Passionate,
committed, and unstoppable.
Our core mission is to empower youth in the community to become impactful leaders,
equip them with strong moral principles to support them in making life decisions, and
encourage them to set goals and accomplish the extraordinary.
Our coaches, volunteer staff, and parents are committed to creating an environment where

ID #562224945) that provides outreach services to over 200 youth and families in the

Sponsor Agreement
General. The sponsor hereby agrees to sponsor Extreme Teen Leaders described in the
SPONSORSHIP PROPOSAL, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and is
incorporated herein by this reference. The Sponsor agrees to provide to Extreme Teen Leaders
the following in-kind services and/or pay the following fees: (Please check the appropriate level)
_____ PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP - $10,000
_____ GOLD SPONSORSHIP - $5,000
_____ SILVER SPONSORSHIP - $3000
_____ BRONZE SPONSORSHIP - $2,500
_____ XTL SPORTS INDIVIDUAL ATHLETE SPONSORSHIP - $1500
_____ XTL SPORTS IN KIND DONATION - $ ______ (specify amount)
In consideration therefore, EXTREME TEEN LEADERS shall provide Sponsor with the
benefits described in the Proposal. EXTREME TEEN LEADERS may adjust such benefits,
substitute benefits or provide other benefits with the approval of the Sponsor.
Payment. Cash payments are due as follows: 25%percent on or before February 1, 2013
and the balance due on or before May 1, 2013. Failure to pay fees when due may result in
termination of this agreement. In-kind services shall be scheduled in writing by
representatives of EXTREME TEEN LEADERS and Sponsor.
Limitation of Sponsorship. Unless otherwise provided, the cash or services and the
Sponsor benefits described in this agreement are related solely to EXTREME TEEN
LEADERS 2013 AAU season. Assuming EXTREME TEEN LEADERS continues with the
new season in 2014, the Sponsor shall have the first right of refusal to continue Sponsor's
involvement on such terms as Sponsor and EXTREME TEEN LEADERS shall agree.
License and Usage. Sponsor hereby grants EXTREME TEEN LEADERS a limited, nonexclusive license to use Sponsor's trade names, trademarks, service marks and other
proprietary information [the "Proprietary Information"] owned by the Sponsor. EXTREME
TEEN LEADERS agrees that the Proprietary Information will be used only in connection
with the 2013 Season to provide the benefits set forth in the Proposal and such other
benefits as Sponsor and EXTREME TEEN LEADERS may agree. EXTREME TEEN

LEADERS use of the Proprietary Information is subject to the approval of the Sponsor's
designated representative, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
Sponsor Understandings. Sponsor understands as follows: the dollar values set forth in
the Proposal are estimates are based upon general sponsorship information available to
EXTREME TEEN LEADERS; the audience multiplier is based upon estimates of
EXTREME TEEN LEADERS attendance and actual attendance figures may vary
materially. No portion of the sponsorship cash payment or in-kind services are subject to
being refunded for any reason except as provided herein. Sponsorships are not exclusive
unless otherwise set forth in the Proposal.
Termination. EXTREME TEEN LEADERS may terminate this contract on 30 days
written notice. In the event of termination for any reason other than failure to provide
contracted fees or services, EXTREME TEEN LEADERS may substitute an event with
equivalent benefits with the approval of the Sponsor or shall refund any cash fee received
from Sponsor by EXTREME TEEN LEADERS Sponsor shall not terminate this agreement
without the approval of EXTREME TEEN LEADERS.
Amendments. This agreement may be amended only by a written instrument executed
by both parties.
Miscellaneous. This agreement is governed by North Carolina law and is binding upon
all of the parties' successors and assigns.
