When a New York carriage horse was rescued from slaughter by Equine Advocates, Peter Max immortalized Bobby II Freedom with a painting which was auctioned off for charity and the image of Bobby II Freedom was generously donated to Wild for Life Foundation to help bring more attention and support to this important documentary film project. The image of Bobby II Freedom is featured in the movie, SAVING AMERICA'S HORSES: A NATION BETRAYED. Peter Max is one of the most famous living artists. His bold colors, uplifting images and uncommon artistic diversity have touched almost every phase of American culture and have inspired many generations. Katia Louise Director/ Producer /Writer Katia Louise is an international award winning filmmaker and lifelong horsewoman. She grew up in the entertainment industry and combines her skills working both in front of and behind the camera. Her most recognized film and television appearances include TAKE with Minnie Driver and HUFF with Hank Azaria. She is president of Innovative Media Arts/ IMA Films, a boutique production company best known for its award winning work on wildlife conservation documentaries. She is an inspirational speaker and a highly regarded champion for the safety and welfare of equines.
