We are currently seeking Associates to join our Corporate Finance and Transaction Services teams in Stockholm. A successful candidate should demonstrate the following qualifications: • 0–2 years’ experience from corporate finance, accounting/financial management, transaction services, business control or business development • An academic background in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other technical areas with strong academic performance records. • Exceptional analytical skills. • Strong team spirit and great interpersonal skills. • Good organizational abilities. • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment. • Financial analysis skills with attention to detail. • Ability to prioritize and manage a multitude of projects simultaneously under tight timelines. • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint. • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). • Fluency in English and Swedish is a requirement. Additional languages are preferred. Job description – Corporate Finance The candidate will from day one be a part of the client facing team who work closely with senior staff, participating in analysis, company valuation and M&A deal execution. The role will be focused on research and financial modeling as well preparing pitch books, reports, management presentations, board materials, memorandums, and other presentation materials for use in M&A and valuations or strategic client dialogue. Job description – Transaction Services Associates within our due diligence teams will be given the opportunity to work across these teams gaining experience in the financial, commercial and operational aspects involved with the assessment, execution and integration of transactions (both on the buy-side and the sell-side of transactions).
