If Conditional Sentence.
We use if conditional sentence type II , when we imagine/ dream of something. But the meaning or
situation happen at present.
Study this pattern
S + would + V1 + O

Sub Clause
: I don’t go around the world because I don’t win the quiz
: I would go around the world if I won the quiz
The If –clause which uses were can be inverted without changing its meaning.
The pattern is :
Were + S +O,
S, + would + V1 + O

: I am not a Miss Universe, I don’t visit the countries in the whole world.
: If I were a Miss Universe, I would visit the countries in the whole world
: Were I a Miss Universe, I would visit the countries in the whole world.
We use if conditional sentence type III, when we regret something we did in the past.
