12. Alan Bowe Charity Entry For
The Alan Bowe charity forms will be with your secretaries in the next week. Please return ASAP – it doesn’t matter how
small the amount of money raised, we’d still like to hear about it! The club who have raised the most for charity will be
presented with the Alan Bowe Trophy at the County AGM.
13. NFYFC Levy Payment
Your levy for 2015/2016 is due on the 1st November 2015. Please make cheques payable to “CFYFC” and send to the County

14. Cumbria Proficiency Test Committee (CPT) – Funded Training Opportunities
The CPT are looking to provide funded training to our members for the PA1 and PA6 Spraying Certificates – The
PA1 is required to do any further PA certificates and the PA6 is for spraying using a Knapsack.
The PA1 is an indoor course and requires a minimum of 12 people to sign up in order to run (1 day course
tbc).The PA6 is more practical based and will run in groups of 6. (2 day course tbc)

Tickets for 2016's YFC Ski Trip to Les Arcs will be available from 1st June 2015. Tickets cost £399 per person and includes
accommodation, lift pass, coach travel and entertainments.

U18 YFC SKI 2016: AUSTRIA
The NFYFC Youth Forum would like to invite all YFC members aged 14-17 to participate in the first NFYFC under 18 ski trip. The
ski trip will be going to Austria to the resort of Saalbach on Saturday 13th February to Sunday 21st February 2016 during half
term.
The NFYFC Youth Forum has chosen to travel with Equity; they are market leaders in providing successful school ski tours to a
choice of resorts across Europe and North America. They are completely financially protected by ABTA and ATOL, meaning in the
event of any unlikely unexpected occurrence your money is protected. Equity are also accredited by ‘Learning Outside the
Classroom’ and the School Travel Forum; both organisations which support excellence in the planning and delivery of highly
successful ski trips.
The cost of the NFYFC ski trip is £799. This price includes coach travel, full board accommodation, lift passes and ski equipment
hire including helmets. The tour will offer YFC members 4 hours of ski tuition per day with fully qualified staff.

A higher apprenticeship in Agricultural Business Management. Complementing the existing further education and
apprenticeship courses, this has a strong business content and is ideal for those already working in the industry and wanting to
