National Federation of Young Farmers' Clubs "Fun, Learning and Achievement" France Study Tour 8th – 11th February 2015 Four day, three night study tour Staying in Paris and Reims- heart of the Champagne region Visit to Massey Ferguson and Kuhn Headquarters Over 18s only, associates welcome NFYFC are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to visit the European headquarters of both Massey Ferguson and Kuhn Farm Machinery. You will be able to tour around the factories, learn about the latest product developments, and quiz members of staff on their products. Both companies are leading innovators in farm machinery, producing everything between them from ploughs to combine harvesters. We have extended the length of the study tour to enable full day visits to the factories and to provide more of an opportunity for you to network with fellow young farmers on the tour to share experiences and ideas. There is also the opportunity to visit Paris on the first evening and two nights the historic city of Reims. Reims is the centre of the Champagne region, with many of the les grandes marques (Champagne producers) basing themselves in the city and offering tours around their houses. The cost of the tour is only £217 including transport, bed, breakfast and insurance, thanks to the support of Defra. To secure your place we need to receive payment and a completed booking form by 16th January 2015. If you are successful in securing a place, you will be advised accordingly and further details will be provided. Please fill in and return the form attached with your cheque made payable to NFYFC (or inform NFYFC of your BACS payment ref France Study Tour).
