On behalf of the BCGEU Area 08 Cross Component Committee, I would like to invite you to our annual Activist
Appreciation Banquet. The event is being held at the Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort.
This function is held each year to show appreciation for your services to the membership of the B.C. Government and
Service Employees' Union.
If you plan to attend, and we hope that you will, please complete the reply form (included) and fax to 250-489-4700 or

For catering and accommodation purposes, we must know in advance how many members and guests will be attending
and/or needing accommodation. Please return the attached registration form to the Cranbrook Area Office no later
than Friday, October 2, 2015.
The BCGEU will reimburse expenses in accordance with the Financial Manual. Hotel rooms will be booked and pre-paid
for out-or-town guests. Please attach hotel receipts to your expense claim.
Once registered, if you cannot attend, please let us know so we can adjust our catering numbers. If you have requested
a room and can’t attend, please advise the BCGEU Cranbrook Area Office.
