Senior Sunset
Copper Hills High School
All Night Graduation Party
June 4, 2015
Dear Parents of Copper Hills Seniors:
Copper Hills High School PTSA is committed to the Senior Sunset, our all-night
graduation party. We want to provide a fun, safe, and secure environment for our
seniors to celebrate the accomplishment of graduating from high school. We, as a PTSA,
want to ask you to encourage your student to attend this great activity. This is a
lockdown activity; if a student wishes to leave before it is over they will not be readmitted and the time they leave will be documented. In the past we have called a
parent when students leave but this is no longer a requirement. With your help we can
keep our students safe on graduation night. This has been a great time for the seniors
to celebrate together one last time.
Senior Sunset is an activity that boasts an alcohol free and safe environment
where the graduates can celebrate together. The activities at the party will include:
climbing wall, swimming, D.J. and karaoke, photo booth, basketball, racquetball,
volleyball, zumba and other fun activities. Pizza, snacks, ice cream and breakfast will be
served.
The Senior Sunset will be held graduation night June 4th, from 10:30 p.m. until
4:00 a.m. at the West Valley Fitness Center located at 5410 West 3100 South in West
Valley City. Ticket prices will be $15.00 in advance and $20.00 at the door. Graduates
will be allowed to bring one guest (guests must be juniors up to 21 years old). Guest
tickets will be $20.00 in advance and $25.00 at the door. We will pre-sell tickets during
lunch in the commons from May 27-June 2 and again at graduation practice on June 3.
We need parent volunteers to make this a successful event. If you would like to
volunteer that night or help sell tickets at lunch please contact me at
andrealovesgary@yahoo.com or 801-450-6983(call or text).
Sincerely,
Andrea Hansen
